'Pac Av' the New Landmark Multi-Residential Building for Tannum Sands

High on the hill there is a new bold identity for the once tired and dated corner in Tannum Sands, south of Gladstone. The iconic site has been reinvented with a new multi-residential complex with some ground level retail tenancies to maximise the utilisation of the site.

The built form merges angular and curvaceous language to impose the 5 level and basement structure on the landmark site. The design of the iconic 'Pac Av' development has been successfully achieved through a collaborative process between client and design team. Through the use of robust materials and finishes in bold and contrasting form and colours, the once tired site has been reactivated.

New Brisbane Residence

The newest addition to the BRD Group residential portfolio – a strikingly contemporary home in Brisbane.

With a spectacular aspect to the City, the house is laid out over 4 levels to best capture views – the lowest being partially in-ground, which lends to the overall sustainability of the building envelope. Further in tune with its surroundings, the house features extensive glazing, plunge pool/spa and spacious terraces that stretch out to bring the outside in. Walking through the house, glimpses of the city and surroundings are never missed as maximum glazing offers views out in all directions, and fill the house with light.  While the vast amounts of glazing allows light to enter, it also allows cross ventilation - further encouraged with ceiling fans and operational louvres.

The program of the open plan home include a 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, study, office, feature living room fireplace, activity room, and over sized kitchen.

A palette of glass, aluminium, concrete, stone and sharp angles make this home a real knockout.

                    

Revealing.. New Lexus of Springwood Showroom

We are very excited to present the newly completed Lexus of Springwood showroom! This is the third Lexus showroom to be designed by BRD Group, with other successful showrooms at Southport, and Maroochydore.

The latest showroom has a spacious and clear layout over one level and mezzanine which features an eight car internal display as well as eight bay workshop. Echoing the elegance of Lexus style, high quality materials, finishes and feature LED lighting have been used throughout.

IRT Group is embarking on a new project on the Sunshine Coast worth more than $40 million.
IRT Woodlands, located in Kawana Forest, will consist of a 60-suite care centre and 107 lifestyle villas. 

The IRT Woodlands site ceremony occurred on the 31st October 2014, with Ms Murray to lay the foundation stone and members of the IRT Board of Directors, including IRT Group Chairman Mr Bruce Allan, along with Queensland business and government leaders. We are happy to be correlated designers on this project and look forward to see construction progress soon.
