The striking new boutique residential apartment development, Verve has begun construction in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, Queensland. Our team at BRD Group have worked consistently together with developer, Dinstarr Project Management to create a successful project team. The building accommodates 45 apartments, over 9 levels with ocean and hinterland views. The complex is fully landscaped with a beautiful pool area, enticing entrance and excellent security. The project team are very excited and eager for smooth progress in construction.

Following the exciting launch of the Kon - Tiki website, we are proud to be associated in the overall building design documentation.This project design incorporates medical, gym and professional services with business, retail and dining, that will establish a reputation for work life balance on the Sunshine Coast.

New Lexus Showroom and Workshop at Springwood

The new Lexus building project is under construction at Springwood, Brisbane.

The site has been cleared and solider piles have been completed.

The client and the builder are pleased and excited with the progress of the construction.
We are enthusiastic to see the project completed later this year in November.

New Shopping Centre at Drayton

The new shopping centre at Drayton is nearly complete.  We had our final site visit last week, just prior to handover.  Woolworths is due to open in mid January 2014, along with the overall centre.  

The client and builder are happy with the project's progress and we're now all looking forward to seeing the completed tenancy fit-outs.

The New Shopping Centre At Drayton

We had another visit last week to the Drayton Shopping Centre currently under construction.  Drayton is an outer suburb on the south-western side of Toowoomba.

It's progressing well, with lots of blue sky to be seen, boosting the development along on schedule ready for it's opening early next year.

The centre has confirmed tenancies from Woolworths, Chemmart Pharmacy  and BWS, with the remaining 1300 square metres of space occupied for speciality stores.
