Awards last week. The following is a complete list of the winning projects

SUNSHINE COAST
- The Peter Modini Memorial Award for Commercial Buildings up to $5M
for Brightwater Tavern
- Residential Design: Alterations and Additions Over $600,000
for 'Sunshine Coast House'
- Commercial Interior Design for The Post Office Bar &
Restaurant
- Residential Interior Design for 'One Pacific Av.' Tannum Sands
BRISBANE
- The Peter Modini Memorial Award for Commercial Buildings up to $5M for Lexus of Springwood
- Commercial Buildings over $5M for Drayton Shopping Centre
- Residential Design: New Houses Over $2M Construction Cost for the 'Brisbane House'
- Multi-Residential Projects More Than 3 Residential Storeys for the Caboolture Units
These projects will now go on to the State Awards to be announced Friday 17th July.. Good luck team!
